No You can not repair your existing fogged glass. We have to replace the fogged glass in your existing window frame. The glass is called an Insulated Glass Unit (IGU). We buy it from a large glass manufacturing company. Every Piece of glass comes with a 15 year warranty it will not fog. This just means we are using a good quality piece of glass to do the work. It takes 2-3 weeks to get the glass in stock and then we replace the glass at your house from a work truck when it is ready.

Do you have to take our windows with you when do the glass replacement? How long are we without new windows?

No we do all the work right at your house from a work truck. A sales rep will stop to measure your windows. It takes 2-3 weeks to get the glass in stock. Then we come back with a work truck and do everything right at the house for you. Average window replacement takes less than one hour to complete.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes we offer a 15 year warranty on the seal of all insulated glass installed. We also offer a one year warranty on labor.
